Nicole Okrzesik is an engineer by trade and a former corporate leader who spent nearly two decades leading high-performing sales and service teams. While she built a successful career, the constant travel and time demands eventually pushed her to ask a deeper question: What does success really look like if you’re missing the moments that matter most?

Driven by a passion for helping others believe in themselves and pursue big, purpose-filled goals, Nicole chose a different path — one centered on flexibility, faith, and impact. Today, she works with women across North America who are building meaningful lives and businesses together, supporting one another’s growth in leadership, confidence, and faith.
